Past Expo Wrap Up – Sunday 26th May, 2019

It was one of our biggest expos yet as hundreds of loved-up-couples descended onto the Maroochy RSL Events Centre, for a day full of wedding indulgence and inspiration at the Sunshine Coast Wedding Expo. With gorgeous interactive displays, activities on offer throughout the day and over 65 of the BEST wedding suppliers all under one roof, it really was an event not to be missed!

As guests arrived and the excitement escalated, they where instantly greeted by the sweet sounds of Adiamus String Quartet. As couples explored further they were welcomed by the alluring tunes from Love Note Music, The Famos Duo and Snow In Fernie, as they created the fun and relaxed vibe that the Expo has come to be known for.

It was clear that our couples couldn't get enough of the beautiful Moroocan Boho installations from our expo partners Glamacamp Noosa,The Flower Shed & Co. and Blush Weddings Events. Visitors could relax in either the moroccan tent or inspired canopy setting, as they enjoyed a glass of bubbles and all the delectable goodness that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. From delicious cakes and cupcakes, gelato, canapés and beer tasting - there really was something for everyone!

But of course it was finally the moment everyone was eagerly waiting for, as we announced the winners of the $5000 Major Prize Draw. Once again we teamed up with the talented Matt from Balloons by Twisted MR for the ultimate reveal.

In the end, it was the gorgeous Clare whose balloon was filled with the magic confetti and was quickly overwhelmed with joy as she realised her wedding budget now $5000 richer! Emotions flowed as we got to relive the excitement all over again, as Clare called her partner Nathan to give him the exciting news. The prize couldn't have gone to a more deserving couple and we are so excited to be apart of their wedding planning journey!
